INSURANCE POLICY
Woodstock Pediatric Medicine participates with numerous insurance plans including Medicaid, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, United Healthcare, Cigna,and Coventry. Proof of insurance is required at time of service. When proof of insurance can not be provided or obtained, it will be necessary for all charges to be billed as “Patient Responsibility.” We can not file a claim for you without your current insurance information. Once we have the proper documentation, we can bill your insurance company.

Insurance coverage varies from plan to plan. It is important for you to be aware of your policies benefits.  Please verify your benefits and be aware of any limitations that you may have regarding well child care. Our staff will assist you in obtaining any referrals as required by your plan in a timely manner.
